Notification about award of CIIT Qarz e Hasna (Interest free loan) in Fall 2015 semester

On behalf of "Financial Support Committee for Qarz-e-Hasna" I am pleased to notify that 203 students of CIIT Sahiwal have been recommended for award of Qarz-e-Hasna (Rs.4,577,000/-) for Fall 2015 Semester.

The selected students are advised to submit following documents in Deputy Registrar (Admin) Office on or before Friday, November 20, 2015:
Deed of Agreement and Surety Bond for Qarz-e-Hasna on stamp paper of Rs.50.
The selected students are further advised to provide two Guarantors, on prescribed format (available at Campus Photocopy Shop). In case, the selected student is unable to arrange Guarantors, his/her original Intermediate Certificate shall remain pledged with CIIT till entire loan amount is returned.

Please Note

If selected students are failed to submit above documents within due date, their amount of Qarz e Hasna will be surrendered and they will not be entitled to avail this facility in future.
