The meeting started with the name of Almighty Allah. Afterwards, the Chair briefed
about the agenda of the meeting.
The Chair shared that the idea of 10 years celebrations has already been discussed
with the worthy Rector and other high officials at Principal Seat level who have
agreed and desired to make this celebration memorable. He requested all participants
to put their best efforts to meet the expectations of higher authorities.
Following activities would be included in 10 Years Celebrations
- Opening Ceremony
- Harappa International Conference
- Alumni Re-Union/Dinner
- International Museums Day Celebration.
- Social Evening
- Musical Concert
- Drama/ Arts Festival
- All Pakistan Inter Universities and Inter Colleges debates competitions
- Cultural Show
- A short documentary (from Past to Current)
- Alumni Success Stories (from Studentship to Entrepreneurship)
- Awareness Walks
- Closing Ceremony
The Chair shared that Celebrations will be made on December 16 to 20, 2016.
The house was presented names of different committees and its ToRs. On the basis
of "Right Person for the Right Job" the Chair focused on selection of suitable persons
for these committees. Moreover, the best performers must be appreciated.
After detailed deliberation, different committees were constituted and its ToRs
were finalized however, the proposed activities will be finalized during next meeting.
The meeting ended with vote of thanks from and to the chair.
