Convocation 2019
All students who have completed their respective degree requirements up-to Fall-2018
semester are eligible to participate in the Convocation 2019 to be held at CUI,
Sahiwal Campus on Friday, March 22nd, 2019.

Important Instructions
Please follow the following instructions in order to avoid any problem to be faced
by the graduates at the time of Convocation:-
- Convocation 2019 of CUI, Sahiwal Campus will be held on March 22nd,
2019 at CUI, Sahiwal Campus.Participation in convocation is subject to registration
for convocation and attendance in full-dress rehearsal. So be present at CUI, Sahiwal
Campus for full Dress Rehearsal on March 21st, 2019 at 09:00 AM.
- All students are advised to strictly follow the schedule and dress code on both
of the days.Jeans and joggers are not allowed (Dress code: dress shirt,dress pants
with necktie, dress shoes).
- The students who will come late on rehearsal day will not be given bags.
- Graduates are required to register for convocation online and Photocopies of
graduate’s NIC as well as guests’ NICs are required and passport size photograph
of graduates to be submitted along with the convocation registration form. Student
may retain one copy of this form with him/her, and is required to show at the time
of attending Rehearsal/ Convocation.
- This office shall not entertain any registration case for convocation after March
15th, 2019 (after 12:00 PM), so graduates are required to get themselves
registered before the said due date and submit the hard copy of the form within
due date by post, email or personal visit.
- Student will need to submit Rs.1500/- as a security (refundable) while receiving
gown.
