  1. To provide support for recruitment and selection, contract extension, promotion and other issues related to employees.
  2. To handle employee appointments, training need assessment, posting/transfer, disciplinary cases, etc.
  3. Personal related matters, including joining, study leave, ex-Pakistan leave, earned leaves, Maternity leaves etc.
  4. Issuance of different type of certificates (e.g. NOC, Service certificates, Experience Certificates etc.) to employees.
  5. To deal with legal matters related to employees.
  6. To develop, maintain and update employee record.
  7. To facilitate employees in their career development.
  8. To coordinate with HR Principal Seat for employees related matters.
  9. To deal with DTRC/TRP and other issues of TTS employees.
  10. To manage biometric/attendance and leave record system of employees.
  11. To develop liaison/Coordinate with different Accreditation bodies i.e PEC, NCEAC & NBEAC.
