COMSATS Institute of Inforamtion Technology (CIIT) Sahiwal participated in Punjab
Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) Awareness Raising Event held in Jinnah Hall, Sahiwal
Arts Council.
The said event was arranged by the PEEF, hosted by the Commissioner Sahiwal, Mr.
Babar Hayat Tarar.
Prof. Dr. Dr. Saleem Farooq Shaukat, Director CIIT Sahiwal alongwith Mr. Adeel Abad,Mr.
Safdar Ali and Arslan Safdar was also invited for this event.
Dr. Farrukh Javed, Provincial Minister, Education (Literacy) was the Chief Guest
whereas, Dr. Muhammad Amjad Saqib, Vice Chairman, PEEF/ Founder of Akhuwat Foundation
was the Guest of Honor.
This event was attended by Deputy Commissioner Sahiwal, Regional Police Officer
Sahiwal, Mayor of Sahiwal Division, Chairman PHA Sahiwal, Mr. Qazi Nasir, Deputy
Director of Colleges Sahiwal, high officials of District Government, Director Sahiwal
Arts Council, Director Public Relations Sahiwal, Civil society, Educationists, Media
officials and large number of students and their parents.
CIIT Sahiwal participated in this event with full representation by displaying banners/
flexes and sharing of success story of one of its students during the event.
