A delegation of three officials from Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) visited COMSATS Sahiwal for discussion on establishment of E-Rozgaar Center at COMSATS Sahiwal which is an initiative of Govt. of Punjab, Ministry of Youth Affairs, Sports, Archaeology and Sports (YASAT).

The delegation was received by Mr. Safdar Ali, Focal Person of E-Rozgaar Center at COMSATS Sahiwal. Afterwards, an introductory meeting was made with Prof. Dr. Saleem Farooq Shaukat, Director COMSATS Sahiwal in his office. He extended his gratitude to the Chairman, PITB and High-ups of YASAT for making COMSATS Sahiwal as their partner under Chief Minister's E-Rozgaar Program. The team was briefed about CIIT, it's history, achievements, ranking, academic programs, and scholarship opportunities available at COMSATS Sahiwal. The delegation discussed details about establishment of E-Rozgaar Center at COMSATS Sahiwal. Afterwards, the delegation made visit to the site where the said center to be established.
