Pakistan Science Foundation is organizing 2-Days Workshop at COMSATS sahiwal
COMSATS Sahiwal campus is hosting a two days Project Formulation workshop on 25
– 26th May, 2017.
The event is being organized by Pakistan Science Foundation on how to hunt research
funding from National and International Research Funding agencies.
A large number of COMSATS faculty members from Sahiwal and Vehari campuses shall
participate in this workshop. In addition, scientists and faculty members from University
of Sahiwal, Sahiwal Medical College, GCU Sahiwal campus, Arid Agriculture University
Sahiwal Campus, Quid-e-Azam Engineering College Sahiwal and other higher education
institution are also expected to delegate in this event.
Trainers and resource persons from PSF including Dr. Shafiq ur Rehman, Vice Chancellor,
Kohat University of Science and Technology and Dr. Mirza Habib Ali, Director Research
Support, PSF shall deliver sessions on key areas of writing high quality research
proposals for funding.
Director COMSATS Sahiwal, Professor Dr. Saleem Farooq Shaukat and Chairman, Pakistan
Science Foundation, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ashraf shall also address the event on Friday
26th May. Dignitaries of Sahiwal administration shall also contribute to the closing
session of the event.
