A seminar on Engaging youth for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) arranged by COMSATS Sahiwal in collaboration with Bargad Organization and Oxfam at COMSATS Sahiwal.

Prof. Dr. Saleem Farooq Shaukat, Worthy Director CIIT Sahiwal was the Chief Guest whereas, Ms. Nabila Hakim Ali, MPA was the Guest of Honor. Prof. Dr. Saleem Farooq Shaukat, shared welcome address.

The proceeding were made by Ms. Salma Butt. Bargad is a leading national organization working exclusively on youth development since 1997. This seminar is part of a series of seminars that their organization Bargad and Oxfam plan to hold in 12 universities and higher education institutions of Pakistan (under the project Engaging youth for SDGs) to promote achieving SDGs and contribute to a sustainable future in Pakistan. The objective is to involve youth from higher education institutions in Pakistan with the SDGs through orientation and awareness.

  • Decent work and Economic growth
  • Sustainable cities and Communities
  • Peace, Justice and Strong Institution
